A full range of services and amenities are offered for one all-inclusive price. These services and amenities include meals, housekeeping, laundry, personal response system, 24-hour staffing and much more.

How will the Villas of Holly Brook be staffed?

One Full -Time Executive Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. The 24-hour staff will provide the best possible service and attention to everyone at The Villas of Holly Brook.

Do the individual apartments offer privacy?
Yes. Every resident will be provided with a key to his or her individual apartment. Assured privacy to everyone at The Villas of Holly Brook is simply a matter of closing your front door. The Villas of Holly Brook is a friendly and social community at the same time recognizing the importance of each individual's privacy.

Are the apartments furnished?
No. The Villas of Holly Brook gives each individual the opportunity to bring personal furnishing to make the apartment as comfortable and familiar as possible.

How do I reserve an apartment?

$500 will reserve your apartment. When you move into your apartment the reservation deposit will be applied toward the designated community fee. The community fee is non-refundable after resident moves into our community.
